Bloody Mary Butter

Okay, butter and bloodys? What? You heard me. Think how happy a lowly ear of corn could be slathered in all that flavor.

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp Portland Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 tsp garlic

Combine all ingredients and mix well. This tastes great on corn on the cob, grilled or steamed veggies, seafood, baked potatoes, or just about anything.
